The beautiful barns are the centrepiece of Alfriston Gardens, blending traditional architecture with a contemporary finish. The Century Barn is the perfect setting for a drinks reception, while the adjoining Woodland Barn, spanning an impressive 24m x 8m, is ideal for large celebrations. With a state-of-the-art catering kitchen and a fully stocked bar, guests can enjoy seamless service with food and drinks flowing throughout the event. There’s also a professional PA and sound system for entertainment and any speeches you want to give, plus air conditioning for those warm summer days. Natural lighting floods the space through the skylight, while a bi-fold glass wall opens onto the decking and gardens, creating a seamless indoor/outdoor experience. The barns can comfortably host up to 155 people, but these versatile spaces also work well for smaller numbers.

For a more intimate setting, Oak Lodge provides a stylish multi-functional space with quirky bar suitable for accommodating up to 70 seated guests or 100 standing.

When it comes to food and drink, we work with our catering partner Black Pepper Hospitality to create a bespoke menu for each of our events. This leading Sussex catering company has a huge passion for crafting delicious menus using fresh and local produce – not a bland vol-au-vent or limp sandwich in sight!
